The hotel furniture we are familiar with generally includes: standard room furniture, suite furniture and presidential suite furniture. Generally speaking, no matter what standard suite furniture is, its functional requirements and furniture structure are basically similar. It requires not only sleep and rest, but also the function of writing, as well as the storage of small luggage. The corresponding furniture generally includes: set bed, writing desk, luggage cabinet, TV cabinet, leisure chair, tea table, bedside table, etc. When selecting hotel room furniture, you can start from the following aspects:

1. Whether the material is reasonable

Different hotel furniture has different surface materials. For example, the legs of tables, chairs and cabinets, which are made of hard miscellaneous materials, are relatively strong and can bear loads, while the internal materials can be made of other materials; As long as the thickness of the coat legs reaches 2.5cm, they are too thick to be clumsy, too thin and easy to bend and deform; The cabinet in the kitchen and bathroom cannot be made of fiberboard, because the fiberboard will expand and damage in case of water, so it should be made of plywood; Dining table should choose waterproof material.

2. Whether the moisture content of wood exceeds the standard

The moisture content of hotel furniture shall not exceed 12%. If the moisture content is high, the wood is easy to warp and deform. General consumers do not have testing instruments when they buy, so they can touch the bottom of the furniture or the place where the interior is not painted. If they feel damp, the moisture content is at least more than 50%, so they can't use it at all. Another way is to sprinkle a little water on the unpainted part of the furniture wood. If there is no soaking phenomenon or the soaking is slow, it indicates that the moisture content is high.

3. Whether the structure is firm

Small pieces of furniture, such as chairs, stools, clothes hangers, etc., can be dragged on the cement floor and gently dropped. If the sound is clear, it means that the quality is good; If the voice is hoarse and there is a splitting noise, it indicates that the mortise is not tightly combined and the structure is not firm. Desks and tables can be shaken with hands to see if they are stable. You can sit on the sofa for a while. If you move gently and shake it, it means that the nails won't last long. Square tables, strip tables, chairs and other legs should have four triangular clips to fix them. When selecting, you can turn the tables and chairs upside down to have a look, and the cloth covered chairs can be touched with your hands.

4. Whether the four legs of the furniture are flat

This can be seen in a flash on the flat ground. Check whether the table top is straight. Instead of bowing or collapsing the waist, use a piece of glass to test. If the table top is raised, the glass plate will rotate when it is put on; If the tabletop is recessed, the glass plate will break when pressed. The joints of cabinet doors and drawers should not be too large. Pay attention to horizontal, flat and straight, and the doors should not sag.

5. Whether the joint of veneered furniture is tight

Whether the veneer, PVC or pre painted paper is pasted, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the leather is pasted smoothly and whether there are bulges, blisters and loose joints. When checking, you should look at the light, otherwise you can't see it. Shuiqu willow veneer veneer furniture is easy to be damaged and can only be used for two years. For wood veneer, the veneer with planed edges is better than that with rotary cutting. The method to identify the two is to look at the wood patterns. The planed veneer has a straight and dense texture, and the rotary cut veneer has a curved and sparse pattern. For furniture with particleboard veneer, the landing part must be edge sealed. If the edge is not sealed, the board will absorb moisture, swell and be damaged. Generally, the corners of veneered furniture are easy to curl up. When selecting, you can buckle the corners by hand. If you buckle them up, it means that there is a problem with glue.
